Owners of recalled GM vehicles still waiting for repairs

According to FOX business, 4 months after GM recalls only 410 vehicles received new ignitions. Only 16% of the 2.6M GM vehicles recalled have new ignitions. In the video below, Jeff Flock talks to Saturn Ion owner Joanna Haugh about the ignition switch defect in her vehicle.
